Poland
has a multitude of restaurants, bars and inns serving national
dishes and regional specialities. The Polish restaurants are characteristic
for their originality, typical architecture and decorations. Moreover,
one can find in large cities numbers restaurants serving all types
of foreign cuisines: French, Italian, Jewish, Russian, Chinese,
Arab, Mexican.
Tips are not included in the bills and can rise up to 10 % of
the amount for a good service. In addition, the toilets are generally
paying, just as the cloakrooms.
Beyond the charms which the countryside offers, the Polish
gastronomy concerns the art of the good cuisine. The big eaters
will find a multitude of good restaurants and bars where one
serves the typical dishes and the regional specialities. The
great number of restaurants involved a significant competition
on the level of architecture and decoration. Thus, the restaurant
of our choice can refer to a medieval dining room in a chevaleresque
style, a Greek temple, a cave or a coach of the East-Express
train. Good restaurants also serve the French, Italian, Jewish,
Russian, Chinese, Arab and Mexican dishes. But shouldn't one
initially and above all taste the delights the local cuisine?
