The low productivity insn't only in the gaps of the means and
the production processs. Indeed, the foreign companies which
set up a company in Poland are until twice productive that in
their countries of origin, whereas their structures and the
means of which they lay out are equivalent.
Very qualified, the labour force is more generalist that in
France, but necessarily less specialized, which exploits its
productivity. In addition, certain competences miss, in particular
in the field of management, especially if these competences
must be associated to the mastery of foreign languages.
In fact, the main problem lies in the attitude of the Poles
at work . Historically, devotion to the account of a company
which is not in general the part of the priorities of the population.
Even at the time of the industrial revolution, the contractors
of the prosperous areas of the West, Silesia and the Center
were as a majority from abroad (German, Jewish, Russian), the
Poles prefered to devote themself to the military and intellectual
careers.
The company in Poland does not enjoy a good reputation and
the foreign investors even less. Little of Poles think that
it is about a space which can contribute to individual blooming.
So that the employees ignore the objectives and the performances
of the entreprise.
